Chez Emil AI wasn't born in a startup accelerator. It was born out of frustration — the frustration of watching the phone ring during a packed Friday service and knowing every unanswered call was a guest who'd book somewhere else.

Emil runs his own restaurant in Berlin. He built this system for himself first — and it worked so well that other restaurant owners started asking for it.
